As part of my professional training with the Animas Centre for Coaching and accreditation pathway with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am currently offering coaching sessions at a reduced student rate of €20 per session or free sessions in exchange for recordings.
These sessions offer a reflective and collaborative space to explore questions, transitions, patterns, or areas of life that may feel uncertain, stuck, or quietly asking for change.
My approach is rooted in transformative coaching, which invites deeper awareness through conversation, inquiry, and reflection. Rather than offering advice or solutions, coaching creates space to explore your own perspectives, values, and ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
These sessions form part of my ongoing professional training and supervised coaching practice.

I am currently a student in the year-long professional Compassionate Inquiry™ training, a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. I am offering one-hour sessions in a safe, confidential space for those open to exploring their inner landscape.
Compassionate Inquiry™ is a profound method that invites you to notice what is arising in your body and mind in the present moment. The process helps uncover unconscious patterns and beliefs rooted in your early years, bringing them to light with curiosity and care.
As a student practitioner, I bring presence, humility, and trauma-informed awareness. I will not offer advice or solutions, but rather hold space for your own insight and healing to emerge.
I am not a therapist, and this is not therapy, but it may support your personal process alongside other healing work.

This session offers compassionate support for those nearing the end of life, as well as for loved ones who wish to walk beside them with greater presence, clarity, and peace.
Rooted in death doula work, psychopomp practice, and the soul-friend tradition, the session meets each person exactly where they are — emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. Together, we explore what is arising: fears, questions, grief, meaning, or simply the need to be witnessed.
Support may include gentle guidance through the dying process, space for deeper conversation, family support, or spiritual accompaniment. When appropriate, and always with full consent, I may also offer soul-friend / psychopomp work to help orient and soothe the transitioning soul. If someone is unconscious, the psychopomp session can still be offered through the family’s request and with the permission of the soul.
This work is non-medical, non-religious, and about honouring the sacred threshold we all one day cross.

A deep, compassionate healing session rooted in Core Shamanism, offered in support of your spiritual, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Depending on your needs, the session may include soul retrieval, power restoration, or the removal of energetic intrusions. I currently do not offer depossession work—in such cases, I will gladly refer you to a trusted practitioner. The healing is guided by compassionate helping spirits, with you always at the center of the process.
Each session begins with a short consultation and closes with grounded aftercare and integration support.
Duration: 30–90 minutes (Kaira’s preparation time is not included)

Places can accumulate spiritual and energetic residue over time. Homes and land may carry heaviness connected to illness, conflict, loss, trauma, ancestral issues, or the presence of spirits that have not fully crossed over. At times, the land itself may also need support in restoring balance and vitality following natural disasters, disruption, or significant human intervention. The purpose of the work is to restore harmony through shamanic ceremony and psychopomp practices. Depending on the nature and scale of the work, I may collaborate with other experienced practitioners.

A grounded and intuitive reading where Tarot becomes a sacred mirror. Together we explore the energetic landscape of your question—whether about relationships, transitions, purpose, or healing. You’ll receive a compassionate insight into the deeper layers of your journey.

Those sessions are a supportive, compassionate space for those experiencing spiritual awakening, dark night of the soul, profound inner transition—those moments of being “called” toward deeper connection.
It is not counselling, therapy, mentoring, teaching or coaching, though there may at times be elements of these.
These sessions draw on my background in shamanic practice, Reiki, and trauma-aware approaches.
Together we may explore intention setting, grounding practices, nature-based, ancestral or inner divination, or simply the honest truth of what you’re experiencing.
Each session is shaped around your unique process, allowing for spaciousness, integration, and deepening self-awareness.
It is not therapy or directive coaching, but a sacred, relational container for grounding, integration, and embodied spiritual growth. Rather than guiding you toward a specific outcome, I accompany you as your own path reveals itself.

This session helps rebalance your life force energy (Ki), bringing relaxation, emotional clarity, and inner alignment. A foundational training in Japanese Reiki Ryoho — gentle, grounded, and presence-based.
Rooted in the original teachings of Mikao Usui, this course invites you into deep self-care, energy awareness, and the practice of working with Ki (life force) through touch, breath, and intention.
You’ll learn:
How to offer Reiki to yourself and other from your circle
The Five Reiki Precepts as a daily path
Traditional hand positions and intuitive energy flow
Grounding and energy hygiene practices

A deeper dive into the energetic and spiritual practice of Reiki, for those who have completed Level 1.
This course introduces sacred symbols and mantra, distance healing, and working with Reiki in more refined and intuitive ways — including with plants, animals, and life situations.
You’ll deepen your connection with the Reiki precepts, explore chanting and Reiki symbols as a support for your practice, and learn how to work with Reiki across space and time.Includes 3 live one-on-one sessions (3 hours each), 3 initiations (Reiju), a manual, a certificate of completion, and an optional follow-up session for integration and support.

The Hearth Centre is the healing practice of Kaira—a shamanic practitioner, Reiki teacher, and soul guide.
This is a trauma-informed, queer-affirming, spiritually grounded space. A gentle refuge for those navigating change, loss, ancestral challenges, spiritual awakening, or the deep ache to feel whole again.

I created the Hearth Centre as a space I once needed myself—a place to come home to, when life feels like too much. A place that honours both the vulnerability and the strength it takes to heal.
My path has taken me through many modalities, trainings, and initiations—but at the core, it’s always been about listening deeply. To the body. To the mind. To the soul. To the spirit of life that moves through us all. To our True Self.
I’m here to walk beside you—not to lead or fix—but to hold space for your journey, wherever it takes you. Whether we work together through Reiki, shamanic healing, or divination, my intention is always to meet you with presence, care, and respect for your unique path.

Much of the healing work I do happens quietly, behind the scenes.
Your donation helps support ongoing spiritual work for the collective:
Psychopomp work—guiding souls of the deceased who come asking for healing, helping them transition peacefully. Also spiritual psychopomp journeys to the places of conflict.
Healing rituals for the lands and the Earth—tending to places affected by pollution, catastrophies, and on a smaller scale grief, trauma, or spiritual disturbance

These acts are often offered freely, where they’re most needed—especially for those who cannot pay: cannot directly give back (the unseen, the forgotten, like souls of the dead or land spirits.)
