Frequently Asked Questions

About the Sessions

How do I prepare for an online session?

Before your online session please choose a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe and won’t be disturbed. You’re welcome to bring a cup of tea or a glass of water, a blanket — whatever helps you feel most at ease. Make sure your camera and microphone are working, and consider using headphones for clearer sound and a better experience. A larger screen (like a computer or tablet) may help you feel more connected. If possible, plug in your device or ensure it’s fully charged so we can settle in without interruptions. Looking forward to meeting you in this shared space.

Can I recommend someone for a free, community-supported healing session?

Yes, absolutely. If you know someone who would deeply benefit from a healing session — but may not be able to access it financially — you’re welcome to nominate them. These community-supported sessions are part of our offering in service to collective healing and are made possible through donations from kind-hearted supporters.

To recommend someone, please use the contact form with a few words about why you’re reaching out on their behalf. All nominations are treated with care and confidentiality. While availability is limited, each request is read with an open heart.

What is a Reiki session?

Reiki healing is a Japanese form of hands-on energy healing — gentle, non-invasive, and offered either in person or at a distance. It brings balance to the person’s energy field and supports deep relaxation and self healing.

What happens in a shamanic healing session?

We begin with a short conversation to explore what you’re seeking support with. Then, I enter a light trance state through sonic driving ( drumming or rattling) and journey to the compassionate spirit world for insight and healing.
Depending on what arises, the work may include soul retrieval, power restoration, or extraction of intrusive energies. You remain fully clothed, sober, and in a safe space throughout. After the journey, I share what came through and offer guidance for integration and aftercare.

What is a psychopomp session?

Psychopomp work is a sacred practice of assisting souls that may be stuck or not fully at peace — often ancestral or related to the land. This is done with great compassion, and only when a soul is ready and asks for help.

It may bring relief to recurring dreams, heaviness, grief, or spiritual blocks that seem to come from outside of you. You don’t need to know all the details — your intention and openness are enough.

What is a Szeptucha (Whisperer) healing session?

Szeptucha healing is rooted in Slavic folk traditions, I work with traditional methods from Poland in particular. It may include ritual cleanses with eggs, wax, fire, herbs, linen, and prayer. These sessions are highly intuitive and powerful, often working on clearing energetic intrusions such as curses, ancestral heaviness, or unresolved influences.

What is Compassionate Inquiry, and how is it different from therapy?

Compassionate Inquiry™ is an approach to self-exploration developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. It helps us become aware of unconscious patterns and stories held in the body — with presence, curiosity, and kindness.

It is not psychotherapy or a medical treatment. I currently offer these sessions as a student practitioner currently enrolled in the year-long professional training. They are free of charge, and you are welcome to try them out at your own pace. Book here.

What’s your story? How did you come to this path?

My path began with a lifelong sensitivity to the unseen, and deep love for nature and the mysteries of life. After a profound near-death experience during childbirth, I experienced a spiritual reawakening that led me toward Reiki, shamanic practice, and eventually ancestral and trauma-informed approaches to healing. This journey has been one of healing, remembering, and learning to walk in compassion and balance—with both feet on the ground and heart open to Spirit.

Practical & Ethical Questions

Do you use psychoactive substances or plant medicine?

No. All sessions — including shamanic journeys and energy healing — are conducted with sonic driving (e.g. drumming, rattling, or chanting) only. No psychoactive or mind-altering substances are used.

Can I be under the influence during the session?

No. For your safety and the integrity of the work, please arrive clear, sober, and grounded. This allows the healing to unfold in a stable and safe space for both of us.

Is this a substitute for medical or psychological care?

No. This work is spiritual and energetic in nature, and it is offered as a complementary practice. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Everything shared during your session is held in strict confidentiality and deep respect. Your story and your healing are safe here.

What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice via contact form if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee unless due to emergency. Life happens — just communicate when you can.
