Terms of service.

These terms are in place to create clarity, establish respectful boundaries, and support the healing container for all clients. By booking a session, course, or event with me (Kaira / Hearth Centre), you agree to the following:

Individual Sessions

(Shamanic Healing, Psychopomp Work, Reiki Healing, Szeptucha Healing, Spiritual Tarot, Compassionate Inquiry Student Sessions, Space Clearings)

Payment

Payment is requested prior to or on the date of service.

Bank transfer or PayPal are accepted (receipts available upon request).

Health insurance is not accepted.

Clients are responsible for ensuring sessions are paid in full.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Cancellations between 48–24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the session fee is owed.

Cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee.

The cancellation policy is upheld without exceptions, as each appointment reserves time and space set aside specifically for you.

Running Late

Sessions begin and end at the agreed time. Clients arriving late will receive the remainder of the scheduled time.

If you anticipate being late, please notify me via email or WhatsApp.

Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show, and the full fee applies.

Refunds

Services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you have concerns about your session, please contact me directly. Together, we will address the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Courses, Events & Workshops

Refunds & Cancellations

Full refund: cancellations up to 7 days before the course start date.

Credit transfer: cancellations between 7–3 days before the course start date can be transferred to another course date.

No refund: cancellations within 72 hours of the course start date. Payments at this point are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Host Cancellations

In the unlikely event I need to cancel a course, session, or event, all fees already paid will be refunded in full.

Disclaimer & Liability

I am not a doctor, psychotherapist, dietitian, or legal advisor. The services I offer are spiritual, holistic, and complementary. They do not replace medical, psychological, or professional care.

No specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed.

Clients participate at their own risk.

By booking a session, you agree to:

Communicate any discomfort during the session.

Take full responsibility for your health and choices.

Indemnify me from any adverse reactions, injuries, or decisions made as a result of the session.

I do not accept liability for personal injury, property loss, or damage sustained during sessions, courses, or events.

Confidentiality

All sessions and personal information shared are treated with strict confidentiality, in alignment with ethical practice and GDPR compliance.

General Terms

I recommend that clients booking travel (e.g., for workshops) arrange personal insurance to cover cancellations, changes, or emergencies.

I cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal possessions during events.

Participants and clients remain responsible for their own safety and well-being at all times.
